Amerispec seemed to do a pretty good job. I appreciated the professionalism of the inspector and the time he took to show us everything. They did what they were hired to do.
I'm not actually living in the house yet and this was my first time using their service, but I found them to be kind and courteous and the inspector seemed to do a pretty thorough job.
