Alpine air installed our HVAC system in our house when we built it, and has been servicing us since for 10 years. They are professional, helpful, timely, and have reasonable costs. I would highly recommend them. more

Alpine Air has absolutely HORRENDOUS customer service. I made an appointment for service on a Saturday and was told that the technician would call the morning of with a 2 hour window. He called and left a voicemail with the 2 hour window and said that I needed to call the main number to confirm my appointment. I called to confirm and the lady who answered said that she would relay the message. The technician never showed up. When I called Monday morning (after having wasted my Saturday waiting and spending another 2 days in my house with no AC), I had to call 4 times before I got through to a manager. The manager proceeded to defend the technician and accused me of never confirming my appointment. She asked who had a spoken to on Saturday, but I hadn't taken the woman's name because I (stupidly) believed her when she told me that she would let the technician know that I confirmed. The manager then told me that she would speak with the Owner about my compliant and whether or not they would compensate me for my wasted time if I scheduled another appointment. It's been over a week and I'm still waiting for a call back. Luckily I'm not holding my breath.\r \r RUN!!! more

I just wanted to say that Alpine Air has the worst customer service of any company that I have ever worked with. I called the on call people at 2pm on Satuday Aug 4 and did not get a call back until Monday at 9am. I had to call another company out and spend money on a brand new unit that now I'm being told was under warranty. I will make sure that I let everyone I work with and know what a crappy company you have and crappy work that you provide and install in peoples home. I will also be turning this over to the BBB. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!! more

Terrible Service 4/20/2012

I made an appointment on Tuesday for Friday. I was told they would call me to give me a 2 hour window. I called on Friday morning since I had not heard from anybody. I was told that my tecnician had not arrived yet to get his tickets, and that they make their calls between 830 and 930. I waited til 10 and called back. Was told he just picked up his tickets and should be calling soon. I waited til noon and called back. Was told they were calling the techniian to call me. I called back at 1:00. The lady said she was calling again. The lady called me back to see if he called. No, was gonna try him again. It is now 5:05 and the technician decides to call and say he will be here soon. When I asked him why he was calling so late when he should have called earlier, he said ""do you want me to come or not?"" Like I am going to let him in my house. Cancelled service, called and got the after hours people and left a message. Not sure if they will get it or not, but they will not be getting my business. Nice day off of work, right? Waiting and waiting ALL day. Comcast gives betetr service than this with their am/pm windows. more

No Customer Service!! AVOID 6/24/2011

This was the worst customer service I have encountered in years!!! Brief steps to bad services: Requested a service call. Told they would call for time next day. Call at 9:15. Tech rude. Tech came at 3:40. Tech left at 3:41. Service Rep in office - I will reschedule tomorrow. Reasons why this is so terribly bad: I had to be at home for 2 hours waiting for a technician. Tech is pissed that he has to pay for parking and tells me that this is my problem as I called him and then he DROVE OFF without any further comment. The rep I spoke with first told me that I just didn't understand they couldn't do anything about it except send this tech back out to me. Really - would you trust a service person who drove off? Called to talk to president of company and he has conveniently left for the day - at 3:45!!! I want those hours. more
