Review content:
Alpine Air has absolutely HORRENDOUS customer service. I made an appointment for service on a Saturday and was told that the technician would call the morning of with a 2 hour window. He called and left a voicemail with the 2 hour window and said that I needed to call the main number to confirm my appointment. I called to confirm and the lady who answered said that she would relay the message. The technician never showed up. When I called Monday morning (after having wasted my Saturday waiting and spending another 2 days in my house with no AC), I had to call 4 times before I got through to a manager. The manager proceeded to defend the technician and accused me of never confirming my appointment. She asked who had a spoken to on Saturday, but I hadn't taken the woman's name because I (stupidly) believed her when she told me that she would let the technician know that I confirmed. The manager then told me that she would speak with the Owner about my compliant and whether or not they would compensate me for my wasted time if I scheduled another appointment. It's been over a week and I'm still waiting for a call back. Luckily I'm not holding my breath.\r
