I just wanted to say that Alpine Air has the worst customer service of any company that I have ever worked with. I called the on call people at 2pm on Satuday Aug 4 and did not get a call back until Monday at 9am. I had to call another company out and spend money on a brand new unit that now I'm being told was under warranty. I will make sure that I let everyone I work with and know what a crappy company you have and crappy work that you provide and install in peoples home. I will also be turning this over to the BBB. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!
