This was the worst customer service I have encountered in years!!! Brief steps to bad services: Requested a service call. Told they would call for time next day. Call at 9:15. Tech rude. Tech came at 3:40. Tech left at 3:41. Service Rep in office - I will reschedule tomorrow.
Reasons why this is so terribly bad: I had to be at home for 2 hours waiting for a technician. Tech is pissed that he has to pay for parking and tells me that this is my problem as I called him and then he DROVE OFF without any further comment. The rep I spoke with first told me that I just didn't understand they couldn't do anything about it except send this tech back out to me. Really - would you trust a service person who drove off?
Called to talk to president of company and he has conveniently left for the day - at 3:45!!! I want those hours.
