I can not believe this service. The worst customer service ever, next to Verizon. I ordered service to my new location, and instead of receiving the size of container that I ordered, they gave me a smaller, older can that would barely fit the garbage we already had from moving. They did not even give us a yard debris can, nor notified my that we were on back order for one. I thought ""no problem"" must be a mistake, and called. They did not apologize or fix the problem. Instead, they argued with me about the size. She said to me "" well it says on my computer that you have the correct size, you must be mistaken. I have been forced to do business with this company for years because of the monopoly waste disposal has in an effort to ""make things easier"". I'm sick of it. If you have the choice to decide on a new place that is not serviced by Aloha Garbage, feel lucky. After I was told that I don't know the difference in size, even though I have had the correct can for years, I was hung up on. Then, when I called to complain to the manager, She was short with me too, trying to defend the rudeness and ignorance of her staff!! A simple ""Sorry, we will take care of it would have worked!! Who trains these people?! What happened to ""the customer is always right!!"" Just because I don't have the choice of firing these incompetent hustlers, shouldn't mean they can treat me however they want!! I'm taking my complaint to the city.
Pros: My garbage doesn't sit on the street for more then three weeks....
Cons: My garabe sits on the streets for three weeks!!
