This is my first complaint here-I called Aloha Gargabe because I had not received my bill. When I called I was asked to hold. After being on hold for five minutes I hung up. Called back and said I was left on hold for five minutes. No apology was given. I think the people in the office are rude. I work in customer service and would never give the kind of poor customer service they give. I also wish they had online bill pay or over the phone pay. My bill would get there in a more timely manner.
