Dr Worthington tries to overcharge for services that are unnecessary, but if you question the front desk they'll get it taken off. He performed a surgery on our dog that didn't solve the problem and had to be redone by another doctor. He's very loud and has no sense or understanding of animal behavior. Horrible bedside manner toward the owner and even more importantly the pet. He shouldn't be around animals at all, and to top it all off he's very arrogant. Stay away!! more

I love the folks at 121 Animal Hospital. Dr. Ali Rohani is wonderful. Everyone at the clinic has been fantastic. Dr. Pruitt saw my cat also. Dr. Rohani has seen him the last several times. Both are great vets. I am very picky about who takes care of my four-legged ""children"" and I have never been disappointed here. Dr. Ali is very knowledgable, compassionate and kind. Listen to your pets..they will tell you the most about the vet. And both of my cats are great when they go here, so this clinic gets not only my approval, but my pet's approval as well. You wont be disappointed. more

I give 5 GOLD STARS to Alma Animal Hospital and also their new additional location, 121 Animal Hospital!! I have 3 English Mastiff's and 1 cat....I have tried several animal hospitals and was not happy....it was my lucky day when I met Dr. Ali and his staff !! I have had Dr. Ali now as our vet for seven years. I have been to both locations, and the staff at both their locations are WONDERFUL!! COUPON ON HIS WEB SITE , 1ST TIME VISIT $22.00 . I saved a stray dog FROM A PUPPY MILL.. Very sick..hook worms / heart worms / flea bites and mites. Also needed all the shots and dirty teeth. his techs, washed out the ears and cleaned the teeth gently.my puppy is a drama queen..she did not like to be touched ,but they were gentle.. Dr Rohani was very generous. He let me know how much it would cost. . He allowed me to get on payment plan and took care of all medical needs. He also took tIme to call me 2-3 times a week to check on my new pup.. His technicians and front counter staff were loving to my new dog . I will continue to see him. My dog is in great condition. Any time I call and I have questions the staff always help me. WE ALL HAVE TO KEEP UP WITH HEART WORMS/HOOKWORMS PREVENTIONS. .WE SHOULD NEVER SKIPP THIS STEP. more

wow !! ritz carlton cstmr service and the Dr.Ali Rohani was fantastic. I am hooked.. New client. i walked in they were busy. The staff greeted me fast. they let me know they will be with me as soon as they checked out the current cstmrs around the counter. After they got checked out , a young lady greeted me and had a room ready for me.she greeted my dog like he was my child. they took his weight ,then I went to the room(very clean). then, one of the techs came in took info asked me questions .Then Dr Rohani came in introduced him self then he gave a complete examinations. he went over pries with me and we moved on. and he also gave me a discount due to the rescue dog I saved. 3 days later i took the rest of my pets to him. FANTASTIC STAFF FANTASTIC DR. & PRICES FANTASTIC.. ITS NOT ALWAYS ABUT MONEY BUT ABOUT THE PETS. THANK YOU. more

Dr. Ali Rohani and his associates have always gone out of their way to help with the care of my pets. Both of my animals love the staff. They have been nothing but nice to my husband and myself every time we are there. This group of people truly cares. I can honestly say they love their jobs and it shows with every visit we make to them. We absolutely love Dr. Rohani and look forward to visiting his establishment for the years to come. more

I came to Animal Hospital because my puppy was sick and my vet was booked for the day. Dr. Ali seemed very friendly and capable. However, the front desk staff was extremely rude. I almost left before my appointment because they made me feel bad for being there. I felt very ""in the way"". The vet tech I saw was horrible. He snatched my 6 month old pomeranian puppy and scolded it for being squirmy. He's a puppy! He took him in the other room to take his temperature where I heard him scream in pain-- not whine, not protest, scream. He came back in and said, ""I don't know why he's acting like I'm murdering him!"" He was mad at the dog! He's just a dog! I heard 2 cats screaming back there as well being scolded by the same vet tech. When Dr. Ali came back in to do to do a fecal sample, the same vet tech snatched my pup away from me and held him down-- by the throat as he just cried. Instead of being soothing- he scolded him for whining. I turned down further treatment of my puppy and tests just to get him out of there. more

My dog up was very sick and pitiful and Dr. Rohani was recommended. They fit me in during a busy Friday. The staff was exceptionally caring and helpful. After taking a pic of my pup for the files, they even gave me a little refrigerator calendar with his pic on it. Dr. Rohani was very gentle and my dog was very comfortable around him. After determining that there was most likely just a bacterial issue he gave me the meds to keep my little buddy comfortable and heal quickly. The Dr. called me himself to check up on him on Sunday. Without a doubt, the kindest, best veterinarian staff and veterinarian around. These people really love animals! Pros: Great dr., Clean Office, Caring Staff Cons: None! more

I went to this clinic with two dogs, they are medium sized and and with both of them on a leash they are a handful. Not once was I asked if I needed help.
