wow !! ritz carlton cstmr service and the Dr.Ali Rohani was fantastic. I am hooked..
New client. i walked in they were busy. The staff greeted me fast. they let me know they will be with me as soon as they checked out the current cstmrs around the counter. After they got checked out , a young lady greeted me and had a room ready for me.she greeted my dog like he was my child. they took his weight ,then I went to the room(very clean). then, one of the techs came in took info asked me questions .Then Dr Rohani came in introduced him self then he gave a complete examinations. he went over pries with me and we moved on. and he also gave me a discount due to the rescue dog I saved. 3 days later i took the rest of my pets to him.
FANTASTIC STAFF FANTASTIC DR. & PRICES FANTASTIC.. ITS NOT ALWAYS ABUT MONEY BUT ABOUT THE PETS. THANK YOU.
