They just threw us out a severally handicapped terminally ill child, 2 elderly people giving us a 3 day notice, just because we're from NY and aren't little OC babies crying when we're being screwed. Stalkers paradise! Stupid Elvis look alike resident walks right into my friend walking our dog and he cry's like a little baby to the office our dog ""attacked"" his little pug dog, (he never even came close to his stupid dog) when we told him to cross the street (common sense would dictate that to anyone with a brain), he says f you I'll walk anywhere I want, management is rude, once you sign the lease, don't expect to get your money back either. Water is constantly being shut off, ants everywhere, fire alarms going off at all hours of the day and night, leasing manager is scum, got a 3 day notice saying were a nuisance, despite living here for over 3 years. Managements lawyers are scum and fabricated 90% of the ""complaints"" on the so-called 3 day notice. It stinks, smells like urine and feces everywhere from the dogs pooping everywhere, does constantly running around off leashes. Complain to management and they get belligerent to us! Management is fake ass and are rude and sarcastic after you sign the lease. The only time you see their fake ass ""smiles"" is when you bring the check in for the rent the 1st of the month. Don't expect to get anything out of this place once you sign a lease. Paid over 2300 a month to get stalked and harassed.\r \r We have been stalked since the first day we moved into this ""development"". Management has done nothing about any of our complaints about other reisdents and turned all of our complaints completely around and made it sound like we were the guilty party when all we wanted to do was live here in peace. We have been stalked, harassed and targeted by management here since the first day we moved in. Don't expect to cook a meal without ants in your food, there everywhere. A neighbor living in the development blocked our apartment access and wouldn't let us into our apartment to get our shopping cart and stated, ""I live here, I'll go wherever the hell I want to, what the f are you going to do about it in a threatening, combative and aggressive tone, he even walked up to him in the parking lot and tried starting a fight with him. People doing donuts in the parking lot day and night, you take your life into your own hands when you walk in it. Some guy swerved into use when we were leaving the lot and he had the nerve to flip me off and blow his horn at me. When I complained to management, they claimed it wasn't their problem, it was OCPD's problem. People crashing the gate all the time, making themselves at home in the pool area who don't even live here, noise from parties in the pool area day and all hours of the night, security does nothing and your lucky if they even come out here. All of the security guards think their Rambo and always have something smart to say to you. Big problem with the upstairs neighbors also, deliberately pounding their feet day and night. Police won't do anything either. They were called on numerous occasions and said it was managements problem and that its ""apartment living"". There are U-Haul vans on Rampart every day from people moving out of this place. Don't bother complaining to management, they will do nothing. I'm calling the media on this dump. more

My Husband and Myself have lived at Allure Apts for well over 3 years and are very disappointed with many aspects. We hardly have time to make use of the Amenities because we are both busy professionals. But from what we HAVE witnessed and what we have experienced, this place is the pits! As for the Clubhouse, the LOVELY Management charges a fee of $450 to rent it out - per event - that's a $250 deposit and a "fee" of $200" - for an amenity that YOU should have rights to as a resident. Not to mention when you try to use the clubhouse, there are overfilled trashcans full of magets, and the TV & Stereo system hardly ever work. Oh, and if you do choose to rent the clubhouse, you are only allowed 10 guests for your event....REALLY, for $500???? The restrooms right outside the pool area - have never had permanent toilet paper holders/dispensers. Instead Management provides a LARGE roll of toilet paper that can be found rolling on the floor, behind the toilet seat, etc. Same with the paper t more

I have asked for this to be fixed more than 5 times - and still no results. No toilet seat covers, or hand soap. The pool is advertised as a ""heated pool"" and its rarely heated - and if & when you ask Management about the status, they always provide a LAME ""it's being maintenanced"" excuse???? The The gas grills - there is ALWAYS one out of order, and it takes Management FOREVER to get items fixed. there are vases that are not weighed down and have been broken several times and glued back together. You would think they would be replaced. The ""Business Center"" has a broken printer that has NEVER been replaced, and internet connection that requires a password - when you ask the Offiice Staff, they state they have no idea what the password is. Parking is an issue, but mainly because Management does NOT reinforce it as they should. There is also a problem with dog feces odor seeping thru the hallway carpets & cigarrette and WEED - yes marijuana - stench throughout the staircases and hallways! Clearly the Management team has stopped doing background checks on the Tenants because MOST RECENTLY, we had Orange P.D. Detectives & Investigators knocking on our door about neighbors use/distribution of illegal substances. There are soo many reasons that this place is despicable - but I don't want to be typing all day. Whenever I see potential new tenants I think - ""You Poor People."" FYI, they have ALWAYS had a grat Maintenance Team - but if and when something does NOT get Maintenanced, it's only because Management does NOT allow them to do so! When I run into other tenants that have been there as long as I have, they have the EXACT SAME COMMENTS and CONCERNS as we do. The APARTMENT has wonderful amenities and is spacious and quiet, but never-the-less, we are moving out ASAP :-D more

Do research on Allure and furthemore do research on Riverstone Residential Group. Allure is AWFUL and I never took possession of my apartment but they cashed my cashier check. They are hoping because they get people in "early" to secure an apartment they have you hooked. AWFUL, AWFUL. Lots of really nice places areound with much better reputation. more

it's definitely expensive (I don't know what the $1600 represents, since our 1br+loft unit is $2100). in general it's not too loud considering how many shared walls we have, and the location is good. amenities are not too bad, obviously they are selling the marble kitchens and every unit has a balcony which is pretty good. they do give you an outside storage closet but other than that the closet space is relatively tight.\r \r maintenance is the bare minimum (one of our bathroom doors won't shut when it rains, and bathroom fan is faulty which they never fixed). the handle on our kitchen faucet popped off, and bottom line I didn't want to deal with them so I fixed it myself. security has been mediocre and parking is a relative pain for any visitor since there's no street parking allowed. the pool is nice in the summer though small and people can't follow simple rules, and the little gym is OK, for the bare minimum. although a bit pricey (1600 for 1bed/1loft) allure apartments has a great environment. security is tight, and there is a workout room, with a pool and spa. parking is good for residents, but more problematic for guests. overall a great place to live. i lived here for a year. more
