My Husband and Myself have lived at Allure Apts for well over 3 years and are very disappointed with many aspects. We hardly have time to make use of the Amenities because we are both busy professionals. But from what we HAVE witnessed and what we have experienced, this place is the pits! As for the Clubhouse, the LOVELY Management charges a fee of $450 to rent it out - per event - that's a $250 deposit and a "fee" of $200" - for an amenity that YOU should have rights to as a resident. Not to mention when you try to use the clubhouse, there are overfilled trashcans full of magets, and the TV & Stereo system hardly ever work. Oh, and if you do choose to rent the clubhouse, you are only allowed 10 guests for your event....REALLY, for $500???? The restrooms right outside the pool area - have never had permanent toilet paper holders/dispensers. Instead Management provides a LARGE roll of toilet paper that can be found rolling on the floor, behind the toilet seat, etc. Same with the paper t
