it's definitely expensive (I don't know what the $1600 represents, since our 1br+loft unit is $2100). in general it's not too loud considering how many shared walls we have, and the location is good. amenities are not too bad, obviously they are selling the marble kitchens and every unit has a balcony which is pretty good. they do give you an outside storage closet but other than that the closet space is relatively tight.\r \r maintenance is the bare minimum (one of our bathroom doors won't shut when it rains, and bathroom fan is faulty which they never fixed). the handle on our kitchen faucet popped off, and bottom line I didn't want to deal with them so I fixed it myself. security has been mediocre and parking is a relative pain for any visitor since there's no street parking allowed. the pool is nice in the summer though small and people can't follow simple rules, and the little gym is OK, for the bare minimum.
