I contacted Alliance Mortgage Funding to ask general questions about seeking a mortgage. I wasn't sure I was ready to make a move to home ownership. Although I did some hard work over the past several years to improve my credit and savings, I thought it might be too soon. \r \r My first contact was with John. He answered all my questions and thought it was worth exploring further. He was always professional and was quick to respond to phone calls and emails.\r \r We decided to go for it and began the process. Mike Mandis called me right away and offered me some great suggestions in order to prepare and make things simpler for me later in the process. He assisted me every step of the way. I might add that every time I liked a property and renegotiated something, I asked for new Good Faith Estimate so I could see the actual numbers and funds needed. I can't even tell you how many times they did that for me, but they never made me feel like a bother. Mike always had time for me. John was great too. He did his best to explain everything so I could understand. They were both very kind.\r \r The good news is that we were approved for a mortgage! We got a better rate than I thought we would. Karen processed all the documents and she was great. She had everything lined up with the lender and did all she could do to ensure a smooth closing day. Thanks Karen!\r \r Mike even came to our closing to make sure we had everything we needed to make the day special and get the deal completed.\r \r So, a special thanks to Mike , John , Karen and the others who worked behind the scenes to help us buy a great house in a great neighborhood. I will always recommend Alliance Mortgage Funding for the best customer service and caring for their clients. more

Mike and the Alliance Mortgage Team exude a type of professionalism and friendliness that is not often seen. They were there to answer all of my questions and explain all of my mortgage options. I felt like I was part of the family which made the entire process of purchasing my first home much easier and more relaxing. Mike was able to assuage all of my fears through education, attentiveness, and incomparable customer service. Top of the Heap! Me= Cautious, You need to Earn my trust, I need to know whats going on. Alliance Mortgage Funding= Earned my trust, Kept me informed, Got me a better deal. These guys know what they are doing and got me a great deal. I've heard of banks and mortgage companies surprising you with higher rates and down payments so I was skeptical and did my homework. I'm glad I did. more

This is the second home I've purchased in the last 8 years. I had no idea getting a mortgage could be this easy. They were never pushy, or seemed too busy to answer my question, and treated me like a friend. I kept expecting something to go wrong, but it never did. Mike Mandis and his team made our first time home buying experience truly special. They took the time to ensure we understood each leg of the process and made sure there were no surprises! They stood by us answering all of our questions and helped us to be well informed buyers. Buying a home can be such an intimidating process, but Mike helped to make the process seamless and comfortable. Not only was Mike friendly and professional he took time to talk with us as if he had known us for years. The extra 10 miles not just 1 12/16/2011

Whoever says they love the company that did their mortgage? …Me! I work in the real estate business in Pa and I have recommended different mortgage companies over the years to my clients based on Honesty, Integrity, Experience, Competitive rates and attention to detail. Alliance Mortgage Funding encompasses all of these traits to the extreme. If it's not the right loan for you, you don't get it simple as that, they do the right thing. There is a difference working with a mortgage sales person and true mortgage professionals, these folks are the latter. If I refer one of my clients to a lender and they fail my client, I failed my client and that is unacceptable with that said ,with no hesitation I refer my clients to Alliance Mortgage Funding. more

Long term relationships last when based upon sound advice and trust. I have both with Alliance. My lender is local, and I like that. It was nice to have closed on time and the staff gets high marks for attention to detail. One cannot afford issues when dealing in an investment of this size. what can I say...I have known Mike Mandis a long time for a reason. These folks work hard for your business.
