The service was fine but took what seemed like an extraordinary amount of time.

Clean cut and very professional 5/13/2011

If my old service company hadn't gone out of business, i wouldn't have realized what real service is about. Clean cut and very professional, your service techs are welcome in my home anytime.your people actually brag about working for your company. the two guys that installed our new A/C system were genuinely happy with the work they were doing and it put me in a great mood for the rest of the day. i will recommend you folks to everybody! more

I love them 5/11/2011

I am so glad that i followed my neighbors recommendation to use Allen Service. you guys have showed me that a simple thing like customer service really makes all the difference in the world. Your man Kevin was an absolute pleasure to have in my home. He really took him time explaining what was going on with my heating system and showed me that the energy savings per year would actually help pay for the financing of a new hybrid heating and cooling system i cant wait to start enjoying my brand new system this winter. I love you guys. more

Friendly and caring! 5/10/2011

For anyone out there who thinks that customer service is a thing of the past, you need to call Allen. These people ARE the example of how to treat a customer. From the friendly and caring person answering the phone to the amazing personalized "Thank You" card from my service tech that i just received in the mail, no other company comes close. Please tell Jason my new water heater works like a champ and we are ready for our new kitchen faucet upgrade. I have been an Allen customer for over 18 years because they take great care of me. more

Huge attention to every detail 5/5/2011

The reason I called Allen was because of the great posts I read on their reviews. I can honestly say that after using this fine company, that these positive coments are true...plus more. These people really like working for Allen.Service. Huge attention to every detail and really cleaning up when the work is done are very important to me. I signed up for their service partner plan so I can experience their great care at least once a year. more

Awesome!!! 5/3/2011

Awesome!!! Allen Service is the third company I have had to my home in as many months to try and figure out a problem that I had since moving in to our home last Spring. The other two companies simply threw up their hands saying they couldn't figure out why some areas of my home were colder (and hotter in the summer), until the experts at Allen Service methodically went through and tested my home for a number of issues. I'm so glad that I called. Now I have a very comfortable home and a safe one too. I can say that after having three different companies in my home over a short period of time, that your tech's attitudes and knowledge is far superior to any other company. I really enjoyed the great attitudes of your people, both on the phone and in my home. You're company is a real winner in my eyes and I'm so glad my sister recommended Allen Service. more

Thank you Allen Service for the excellent pre -season heating check-up and plumbing inspection. My friend recommended you as a service company and I see why she trusts you. Your technician found a sewer leak in the crawl space that had been going on for years and was starting to cause damage to the foundation. I have used three other companies over the years and none of them caught the issue and were certainly not as thorough as your man was. you people really are as good as they say. Thank you for protecting me and my home. more

The whole project went even easier than I expected 2/23/2011

You guys are amazing in every sense of the word. I thought that it was normal to have a rooter company come out at least once a year to clear my sewer from stopages and i was afraid to know the real reason it was backing up because of all the mess it would create to fix it, not to mention the cost. Well, at the recommendation of a friend, i called Allen Service and I'm very glad I did. We found the problem and it could be fixed with very little mess and at a very reasonable cost. In fact, the other option of replacing my entire sewer was half of what i expected. I liked the idea of having a permanent solution for the whole sewer that keeps my landscaping intact. the whole project went even easier than I expected and everyone was great to work with. Thanks for the great job!!! more

the best in quality customer service 2/23/2011

All i can say is WOW!!! Allen Service is a real service company with a real great customer service attitude. In my line of work, i get to travel all across the country and also experience customer service at every level... mostly bad. It was a great pleasure to experience Allen's exceptional care and the wonderful attitudes of their people. the phones were answered in the most personal and professional way by a person who really cared about my situation. Your service technicians were wonderful to work with and they knew more about my plumbing than any company we have ever used. I now own a new energy efficient water heater that does everything they promised. We now have lots of hot water and the gas bill for that actually went down. I would recommend Allen Service to anyone that understands the best in quality customer service. I have and will recommend your company to my friends and neighbors. Thank you and please keep up the great work... you are the best by far. more

I just had Allen Service install my new furnace least week and their workmanship was excellent and the way I was treated was even better. I read a few posting about how good they are to work with and they were absolutely spot on> everyone was very knowledgable, professional, clean cut and personable. I recommended Allen Service to a neighbor whos furnace needed replacement and she is having it done next week. I would highly recommend this company to everyone who really wants the best service available. more

I have used Allen Service for over 10 years and always get first class treatment every time their awesome service people walk in my front door. They are clean cut gentlemen that treat me with respect and dignity. I just had my annual safety inspection and it's always nice to know my home is safe and healthy for another year. more

I must say that I am usually skeptical about the reviews people put on the internet because they are so negative in general, but I have to say, that the great things written about Allen Service are very accurate. It is very apparent to me that good customer service is what this company is all about. This company really is the most friendly and competent furnace and A/C people around. more

Excellent customer service 12/13/2010

Allen Service is an excellent customer service company in every sence of the word. These people are clean-cut, helpful and very professional. I'm an older woman and live by myself in our 100 year old family home. Over the last twenty years, they have taken care of every plumbing service call and heating system upgrade I have. Most of my neighbors also use Allen because they appreciate what a good company they are to have in your home. more

Really care about the customer 12/6/2010

Excellent company with excellent people. Thanks to the great care I received from Allen Service received this past weekend, I will never use another service company other than Allen. These people really care about the customer. My water heater failed on saturday morning and we were having family arriving that afternoon. We now have a brand new wand very energy efficient water heater installed within just a few hours of our call. Kudos to Allen. more

Very good at what they do 12/1/2010

This is the first time I have ever contemplated posting a review on the internet about any company, but I am so impresed with our new heating system we purchased from Allen Service, I feel obligated to. I received pricing from few other well known companies and Allen was very fair. What really sold me was how thorough they were doing the analysis of my home. The other companies just spent a few minutes looking around and shoved a price at me. Not Allen...they asked all the right questions and gave me several options to choose from. The installation was just as good and they were obviously very good at what they do. I would recommend Allen to anyone that appreciates first class service. more
