Excellent company with excellent people. Thanks to the great care I received from Allen Service received this past weekend, I will never use another service company other than Allen. These people really care about the customer. My water heater failed on saturday morning and we were having family arriving that afternoon. We now have a brand new wand very energy efficient water heater installed within just a few hours of our call. Kudos to Allen.
