All i can say is WOW!!! Allen Service is a real service company with a real great customer service attitude. In my line of work, i get to travel all across the country and also experience customer service at every level... mostly bad. It was a great pleasure to experience Allen's exceptional care and the wonderful attitudes of their people. the phones were answered in the most personal and professional way by a person who really cared about my situation. Your service technicians were wonderful to work with and they knew more about my plumbing than any company we have ever used. I now own a new energy efficient water heater that does everything they promised. We now have lots of hot water and the gas bill for that actually went down. I would recommend Allen Service to anyone that understands the best in quality customer service. I have and will recommend your company to my friends and neighbors. Thank you and please keep up the great work... you are the best by far.
