I now have a hot water shower! 3/1/2012

Thanks so much to Gene for taking care of my shower, it now runs with hot water. I recently purchased a home and the master bath shower never ran hot, just warm. Luckily once Gene took a look at it he knew what the problem was. He provided me with an estimate and fixed the problem. His customer service skills were excellent, and he was honest in explaining that the repair might not be the absolute problem. He also provided me with an estimate of what the repair would cost if it were the major problem he suspected. None the less, it was the minor of the two suspected problems. Great job Gene! more

I had All Purpose Plumbing put in two commodes and some valves. I was looking for a plumbing company that I could depend on so that I wouldn't have to keep going to the internet to search for one every time, and they were wonderful. They do a great job. more

Repipe of entire house; new shower 1/28/2012

With professionalism mixed with the right amount of friendliness, the staff at All Purpose Plumbing got the job done. They were quick to respond to our needs and even in the snow came out to make sure everything was perfect. I cannot imagine using any other plumbers but them again! more

we had a water leak under our garge floor it was a nightmare, no acess to fix it, all purpose plumbing ran a new water line , they were honest about the price, there was no hidden fees the price they quoted was the price we paid they were great, they have a customer for life . thanks keith and linda sayler. more

Quick and efficient! 1/3/2012

We called All Purpose Plumbing up and they had someone come within an hour or two. They did exactly what we needed quickly and thoroughly. Everything worked out well with them. We actually used All Purpose Plumbing twice and the second time was just as good. The foreman was very knowledgeable. He was very quick and efficient. For the first time, All Purpose Plumbing fixed a burst pipe that I just couldn't get to. They sent in a smaller guy who had no problem getting to it. The second time, we had a clog in the kitchen sink that had been there for weeks. They came in and unclogged it within a couple minutes! more

Gene is the plumber I request when I need work to be done. He is professional, courteous, and informative. He did a plumbing inspection for me, and explained what he found, what problems it could cause, and what should be done to correct, and how to prevent further problems. I appreciate being informed of what I can do as a homeowner to keep up on potential problems. more

I had to have the whole house re-piped because I had a leak in a galvanized pipe and it was rusting from the inside out. I got a few bids, then I found Steve's business card from All Purpose Plumbing, back from when he helped install a sprinkler system years ago. He wasn't the cheapest bid I got for the repipe, but when he came out and checked the house, he told me what he was going to do and how he was going to do it, and I knew how good his work was from before, so I chose him. His brother did the actual job this time, but he was very knowledgeable, and he did a fantastic job. He tore into the walls the least he possibly could, and he did it so clean and professionally! I had a lot less repair work after he was done than I thought I would have. Overall, I would recommend them to anybody. more

Exemplary Service 11/17/2011

We are very pleased and satisfied with the exemplary service All Purpose Plumbing has given us. Margaret, Steve, and Gene are very efficient and professional. They are caring and take the time to investigate the problem and explain the problem and what needs to be done to take care of the problem. They are prompt and we never have to schedule a whole day off because Margaret tells us what time they will be at the house. They are awesome indivicuals and I highly recommend their services to others. more

Sean did a good job in letting us know the problem and even took pictures to show us, and even educating us in pipe maintenance which we will now pay more attention to. The laid out prices was nice so there will be no surprises and the guaranteed for a year is great to have after hearing some horror stories from friends that had gone with other plumbers that don't guaranteed anything. more

Steve, Margaret and Gene have accomplished a lot of work on my old house. Their advice and reccomendations have always been spot on. Professional and Friendly are the best words to describe the service that you receive. Gene has a great way of ensuring you that your project is the most important task on his schedule. I would recommend All Purpose Plumbing to anyone. I had them do 5 or 6 jobs for me. They are very efficient, they clean up, and they do the job in a very good manner. They don't leave a mess, and I was very impressed with them. more

Excellent service - highly recommend! 9/27/2011

Margaret, Gene and Steve were all very friendly and helpful throughout our process! We had to replace a main water line and Gene walked us through each step of the process, provided us with options, worked with us to find a solution that didn't break the bank. Margaret was great to work with as she helped us with the finances of the job. I HIGHLY recommend them! more
