Sean did a good job in letting us know the problem and even took pictures to show us, and even educating us in pipe maintenance which we will now pay more attention to. The laid out prices was nice so there will be no surprises and the guaranteed for a year is great to have after hearing some horror stories from friends that had gone with other plumbers that don't guaranteed anything.
