We found a leak on the outside of our house. I worried and called another plumber who came out and charged an "emergency" fee of $1000 dollars for an hour of work, in which he fixed nothing. The leak was still there. I was so afraid that if I used them again, I'd end up paying a small fortune for nothing. I found the number for All Purpose Plumbing and gave them a call. The receptionist was so nice and very helpful. She clearly explained their pricing, and it was obvious that they were not going to charge an outrageous "emergency" fee like the other company.
The technician who came out was very friendly. He had to come out twice and both times he did a very good job and explained what was going on. He cleaned up after he was finished working. On his first time out, he immediately found a pinhole leak in my pipes. He explained that it was an older style pipe, that were now off the market. He was able to fix it quickly and efficiently, and without putting too many holes in my walls. He informed me that since it was my third leak in four years, that I should consider re-piping the whole house. They sent somebody out to do the repairs on the walls, and they were great too.
I called the receptionist and again, she was extremely helpful and went over what the pricing would be. I appreciated how nice and knowledgeable she was. She also explained how even though they are not the cheapest company in town, the work they do is under warranty and guaranteed so they will do the best job they can for their customers.
We scheduled the time and it took them five days to get the house done. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I feel like this is an honest company and they are not out there trying to rip their customers off. I have recommended them to friends and neighbors and would used them again for all of my plumbing needs.
