All Purpose Plumbing did a re-plumb of my entire house. They did a great job but I did have one complaint, which is what brought my overall experience rating down. When they put in the shower head it was put very high on the wall and I could not reach it. I had to call them to come back and bring it down. They work well with their customers in addressing the things that need to be done, so I'm glad about that. more

Gene, the technician sent out was very friendly and professional. troubleshot work, educated me well on what was to be done. my only complaint is that I was billed over 500 dollars for a 150 retail hose bib. I thought the price was a little high at the time when I receive the estimate. Later found it at the store by chance. Retail price is 150. Needless to say I was shocked, but I guess I should have researched it online after he showed it to me. We have earned an excellent reputation through outstanding service using only expert plumbers who are continually trained and always up to plumbing code knowledge. The materials we use are always the top of the line in quality. I do want to say, I am sorry you feel you could not recommend us because of pricing. Many of our happy customers came from us through referrals. I'd like to go over the price with you. You saw the hot and cold outside hose-bibb for $150.00. This is a custom installation, not many homes have hot and cold outside faucets. There are other parts involved with this installation besides just that faucet. Hot water must be plumbed to the spigot, etc. Now, let's consider Gene, the friendly and professional journeyman plumber. Unfortunately, Gene does not come to work at no cost to the company. He did not put in your custom hot and cold hose bib for nothing. Our plumbers are not paid commission but are paid a good wage for their work, which also includes full medical for him and his family. This of course, must be factored into every job to run a business just like the company that you work for does. If a company is not priced right it will not be here in one year to honor that guarantee you received. That brings to up another subject, you received a full one year guarantee on the work done. If anything goes wrong with that hose-bibb in the first year we will return at no charge and repair it. So you can see, there is a lot that goes into that installation, you were not just sold a hose bibb, that bibb was installed with everything necessary to get that hot and cold water there, by a professional licensed journeyman, and guaranteed for one full year. I hope that this explanation helps you to understand what all goes into the price of our service. Good service costs something! I hope that you feel you can call us again. more

Gene's customer service was amazing and I found him to be extremely knowledgeable. This tenant had been troublesome for awhile and was extremely argumentative. Gene was very professional, listened to her concerns, fixed the problem, then educated her on how to prevent similar issues in the future. All around great service. more

All Purpose Plumbing is courteous, prompt, and they do a good job. They are very meticulous and always thinking of the customer first. What impresses me the most is that they are nice, clean, and neat. They wear booties when working in your home. more

I was so very pleased with the service, dedication, truthfulness and timeliness of All Purpose Plumbing due to a recent plumbing problem on my rental house. Gene not only worked way into the night to fix our problem (with no extra cost), but he offered me several options and his recommendations to fix the problem-all in my best interest. Since I am out of state, it is often hard to find quality and honest repair people over the phone. Gene was my knight in shining armor with his accurate diagnosis and going the extra mile to solve my toilet and tub issues so my tenants could have a workable bathroom that evening. From the first contact to the customer satisfaction survey, All Purpose Plumbing did an excellent job. The communication about the appointment was outstanding. I received a prompt call when I filled out my service request online. I also received a call prior to the service technician coming out to ensure I knew the time and his name. The technician, Gene did a fantastic job. He was very clear with his information on options. He talked me through everything in detail and then got right to work fixing my problem. I connected with All Purpose Plumping about 3 or 4 years ago. I found them by luck in the Yellow Pages and they came out to do a job for me on my heater. They did an excellent job! It is a family run business with the owner, his wife as the dispatcher, and his brother all working in tandem. They are a heck of a good team. I needed a new heater, and through them I saved money and it has lasted. I am 84 years old and can't leave the house so they are great for me. For mechanics in plumbing you should find someone honest and dependable and stick with them, and that's is what I've found in All Purpose Plumbing. They offered me a contract because I needed continuous type work and it allows me to have them come for monthly visits without paying each time and they can come extra without a huge fee in the same month. I also get discounts as a member-they really are a great deal. more
