I am very pleased with the service and professionalism of All Pro. My carpet looked and smelled so nice after it was cleaned. Even though I did not think my carpet was all that dirty to begin with, after the cleaning the improvement was obvious. I am so very happy with the results. The process was swift and efficient, there were no problems whatsoever. more

I was not greeted in return by the carpet person, upon opening my door and speaking to him first. He did not smile at me, and he seemed to have an attitude, and didn't want to be here. He was extremely, rude to my five year old grandson, and he seemed to be a very mean person. I was almost afraid to let him in accept I needed my carpets done very badly. He did a good job on the carpets, but I would not want him in my home again. more

This company should be called Un Pro. Very unprofessional! They give you a window of arrival time of 3 hours. After waiting almost three hours, they call and say it will be another hour. This happened twice. I gave them benefit of the doubt the first time and then had to waste another afternoon waiting for them again. Never again! RESPONSE FROM All Pro Quality Cleaning Service, Inc.: First and foremost, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience that we may have caused because of our tardiness. We work hard to avoid this type of situation at every level from the corporate office to the technicians. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, these problems can still occasionally occur. It is very unlikely that an appointment delay happens to the same customer twice. So we apologize again. FYI**Usually the reasons for lateness are due to one or more of the following: a previous customer requesting additional work, gridlock traffic or technical difficulties with equipment or a vehicle. Normally we are on time to each appointment.We understand your frustration about being inconvenienced so we are happy to offer you a cleaning service at 50 percent off. You will be scheduled for arrival within a 1 hour window as opposed to our typical 3 hour window and if we are late, you will receive your service absolutely FREE! Be sure to get it what they say in writing 10/25/2013

I was charged an extra $115 for services that I was told were included when I set up the appointment. When I called to say that I was charged for something that they told me was included, they denied it and told me there was nothing they could do. The actual carpet cleaners were good, but the way this company handled the whole situation. I will never use them again. RESPONSE FROM All Pro Quality Cleaning Service, Inc.: When a customer calls to schedule an appointment, the representative over the phone is able to provide only a general overview of the services and specials that are available. At the time of the appointment, the technician will provide a written estimate of the recommended cleaning services based upon an inspection of the customers items (carpet, upholstery etc.). The technician will also be able to apply any applicable discounts at the time of the appointment. Any specials or coupons in circulation explains exactly what is included in the offer directly on the advertisement. We are pleased that you were satisfied with the results of the service based upon your review. Feel free to request a written quote via email from a manager who is able to better assess your needs without looking at your items requesting to be cleaned. We also provide a complimentary maintenance warranty with the purchase of Stain Shield protection on any carpet or upholstery, which gives the customer a low set price with each future cleaning. This was my first time using All Pro Quality Cleaning Service, Inc., and it was great! When I initially called them, they provided excellent customer service. They were polite and very friendly. They came the next day and arrived on time, so I really appreciated that. It was a very nice experience. You will have no problem with them! more

The young man from All Pro Quality Cleaning Service who came out did a really good job on my carpets. He also did a good presentation on what he was going to do. The one thing I keep trying to figure out is that I have a Groupon voucher that says my cleaning would include a $240 savings. I actually only saw a discount of $192. I wasn't totally convinced on the status of that. I think maybe it would've been good if he had explained it more. I understand that what I paid was just for the steam cleaning, not the deep scrub stuff, but it would've been nice to feel better about if I got the value or not. So, All Pro was a little on the expensive side compared to other companies. He did have this nice broom, though, that really did bring the dirt to the surface. I thought that was very good. I do want them to come back to redo my tile and grout because they missed some spots. more

Although, I paid more than I usually would have for the options, Reggie provided top-notch customer service. In my opinion, customers want the service, however it's more so the person that determines if a purchase is made. more

The carpet looks new. I appreciate that they came and cleaned it under the warranty. I don't appreciate that I had to pay $39.95 a room. I thought it was just a fee of $39.95 per visit for reapplication. more

All Pro Quality Cleaning Services came and cleaned my carpet. I have pets, so I didn't expect ALL the stains to come out. They were at least lightened quite a bit. more
