Review content:
The young man from All Pro Quality Cleaning Service who came out did a really good job on my carpets. He also did a good presentation on what he was going to do. The one thing I keep trying to figure out is that I have a Groupon voucher that says my cleaning would include a $240 savings. I actually only saw a discount of $192. I wasn't totally convinced on the status of that. I think maybe it would've been good if he had explained it more. I understand that what I paid was just for the steam cleaning, not the deep scrub stuff, but it would've been nice to feel better about if I got the value or not.
So, All Pro was a little on the expensive side compared to other companies. He did have this nice broom, though, that really did bring the dirt to the surface. I thought that was very good. I do want them to come back to redo my tile and grout because they missed some spots.
