I am so thankful to Dr. Hankes and his staff for the excellent care they gave my little schnauzer, Jake, when he had a sever inner ear infection. They went out of their way to make sure that he got the best care possible. They kept me informed as to his progress and treatment. It will take some time for Jake to heal, but he is headed in the right direction thanks to Dr. Hankes and his staff. more

Drs. Doreen and Greg John have always bee there when I needed them for my cats. They have cared for five cats of the years prolonging their lives with an understanding that quality of life comes first. All Creatures may be a bit more expensive that other veterinary hospitals, but it is worth every dime. Thank you. more

Great Job 3/20/2012

I used All Creatures for my lab's neutering last Oct. and was very pleased. They took great care of my dog and called with updates on how he was feeling, etc. I was given the option of take home pain meds and I chose to get them. There is no such thing as a pain shot that lasts 3 days. I had surgery myself and was given an RX for pain meds. Did I expect them for free? Sure didn't. It's not Dr Hankes fault some people don't want to pay for their pet to be free from pain. It burns me up when people give a business a bad review and go out of their way to smear them. This is a good place with good people and I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. He's happy, he gets the best care so I'm satisfied! 5 stars! more

Amazing 3/12/2012

Literally Saved Her From Death's Door A phenomenal story of survival and success for a Golden Retriever with severe trauma to the neck and lungs. A long and seemingly tragic story--but, the folks at All Creatures Pet Hospital did an AMAZINGLY great job, clinically in terms of diagnoses and treatment, for 48 hours and restored her to life. Literally, it was that close. The vet even had the presence of mind to check for fluid aspirated into her lungs and, there it was, waiting to turn into pneumonia, which antibiotics thankfully knocked out. From radiology to surgery to recovery, the staff at Quail Corners are real PROs. I've owned dogs for 50 years, and I'm a clinician myself, and so impressed with Quail Corners. more

Pleasant Visit 3/8/2012

Dr. Hankes and his staff at ALL CREATURES PET HOSPITAL have always treated our pets with great care. They are always very polite and seem to go out of their way to make sure we are taken care of in a timely manner. I have been to other veterinarians in the past but I didn't feel like they really cared about our well being. I also haven't had to wait as long at All Creatures and I don't feel like I am just another number in a long line. When I take my pets in for a check-up I never feel rushed through the visit like I have felt at other clinics. Our high expectations have all been met or exceeded at All Creatures. I trust their small town down home approach to customer service pet care. more

Great visit 12/30/2011

We had an excellent visit here. The staff was very cheerful, exuberant, and caring, and they really looked happy to be there. I could tell that they were all animal lovers and if they weren't they fooled the heck out of me! The vet did a great job with my dog and the cost for treatment was bearable. I will definitely be returning and would recommend anyone to come here as well. more

Love & Compassionate Care 11/21/2011

I really appreciate the love and compassionate care All Creatures Pet Hospital gave to my little Bowser. He's a little Yorkie, and very rambunctious. He must have jumped too fast and landed wrong, because he ended up fracturing his little leg. I brought him into All Creatures on an emergency circumstance, and they took great care of him. I believe we found our new pet doctor! Thank you! more

STAY AWAY 10/24/2011

dont take your pet there. We have been taking our pets here ever since Dr Allen had it and it was great the best doc anyone could ask for but when this ne DOCTOR too over Hankes everything changed all they care about is the all mighty dollar not your pet. one day I took my baby to have his semi annual check up and shots. I left him there to go to work and would pick him up when I got off. but this day I couldnt pick him up. They called me to inform me that they dropped him on his head and that he wasnt 100% but when we got there he was lifeless and had a breathing tube in I wasnt told that they said he would be okay. but they took him to ER and there he died he couldnt breath on his own. now I love my baby and am heart broken. I dont want to sue but we might have too. I am going to see what they are going to do about it before I take any action. more
