dont take your pet there. We have been taking our pets here ever since Dr Allen had it and it was great the best doc anyone could ask for but when this ne DOCTOR too over Hankes everything changed all they care about is the all mighty dollar not your pet. one day I took my baby to have his semi annual check up and shots. I left him there to go to work and would pick him up when I got off. but this day I couldnt pick him up. They called me to inform me that they dropped him on his head and that he wasnt 100% but when we got there he was lifeless and had a breathing tube in I wasnt told that they said he would be okay. but they took him to ER and there he died he couldnt breath on his own. now I love my baby and am heart broken. I dont want to sue but we might have too. I am going to see what they are going to do about it before I take any action.
