This place is the best!! The doctors and staff are so helpful and caring. They have so many of my crazy pets...birds, rabbits, dogs and ferrets. I highly recommend this animal hospital. more

overall a good vet. I wish now that I had more experience with Dr E, as most of the positive comments are about him. I have taken my 3 dogs to different vets based on where I was living, and ACG was appropriately careful with my 12- yr old dog that's had leg surgery. They are kind, follow up via phone as needed (awesome). vet techs are VERY caring, I wish the other vets were more comfortable with larger dogs, by using the dogs name, cuddling, etc. They charge too much for nail trims, and recently I had blood tests done, the charge was slightly more than $150 and I find that excessive. more

I have taken our parrots to Dr. Antonicic and Dr. Eisenberg for many years and I find them both to be great diagnosticians and treaters. I find they are clear, precise, open and honest in providing information necessary for making decisions and in providing their opinions. And I find that they base their opinions on what is best for the animal. I drive a long way to go to this particular clinic and have absolute trust and confidence that my animals are in the best possible of hands with Dr. Antonicic and Dr. Eisenberg. more

We were introduced to this vet hospital through Collie Rescue, and we're still thanking them.\r We had a dog that was not easy to work with, the fact is he bit anyone that came close. The vet tech would not muzzle him, but rather put him on her lap to trim his nails...It actually worked! They later had to put him down due to an illness, and they cried as much as we did. They are true animal lovers, not just in it for the money. more

We love Dr. Quigley and she loves our dogs. Our dogs are rescues, and they are a little timid around strangers and she treats them with gentle love and they love her too. She is also very kind and considerate. Very good and competant service. more

What a great vet office! We are always able to get into the office for an appointment, even on short notice. We have never waited more than 5 minutes to see the vet. One of our dogs has seizures and has to be put on meds and followed closely, and we feel confident in Dr. Antonicic and his staff to take care of her. They call back quickly to report findings of medical tests. more

I had to write a response to Jennifer and her review. I happened to be in the office on the same day her parents dog was in. The dog looked horrible when it came in, it could hardly walk. As a regular person, I could tell this dog was very sick. The office is small and quite intimate so I was sitting in the waiting room while the doctor was speaking to them. Doctor Jim came out to tell the husband that surgery should be done immediately. The staff even asked me if I would mind waiting to see the other doctor as my appointment was after theirs. Of course I wouldn't mind. You can imagine that I was a bit shocked that they did NOT opt for the surgery and instead took their very sick dog home. I cannot fathom not leaving my dog at the hospital if he ever looked as sickly as their dog did. I have been a long time client of All Creatures and trust them completely with the care of my pets. If one of the doctors were to recommend a surgery my dog would be on that operating table. I know these doctors well and they do not take their jobs or the care of their patients lightly. I am very sad that that poor dog had to die. I'm sure the owners are very upset as anyone would be, but misplaced blame is not the answer. Pros: Quality Vet Care, Patient, Part of the Family more

Please don't ever taken an animal you love here - they killed my dog!!!! My mom brought her dog here on Saturday morning because she was not keeping food down and they did an x-ray and found a round object lodged in her intestine. Dr. Antonicic told my mom she had 2 options; 1) have surgery to have it removed, or 2) give her prescription laxative to see if she can pass it. My mom VERY specifically asked if she didn't have the surgery on Saturday and waited til monday to see if it would pass would her dog be okay? She was reassured by this so called vet that SHE WOULD BE FINE - NO RISK!! Yeah well I don't know what his definition of fine is but I had to go to my moms house last night and carry out a dead dog!!!! I have since talked to 2 vets and BOTH said that Dr. Antonicic should NEVER have said there was no risk to the dog since the object was unidentified there was no way to know that she would be okay!! The surgery should have been done on Saturday and had my mom known there was ANY possibility that she would lose her dog she would have done the surgery, no questions asked. Thank you Dr. Antonicic and All Creatures Great and Small for KILLING an innocent animal!! more

I had to post a review after seeing Lisa W. and Anonymous's negative reviews. \r I worked for a Humane Society for many years and found Dr. Ken Eisenberg 25 years ago. After working with so many other area Vets I found him to be the most thoughtful and caring. Plus, he is a fantastic diagnostician! He has been able to correctly diagnose every odd disease and injury my LARGE menagerie of fur babies has had over the years. He is always mindful of the bill I am racking up and I often walk out of his office with freebies (or large discounts)!\r I cannot really speak for Dr. Antonicic or Dr. Quigley as I always see Dr. Eisenberg. But experience tells me that Dr. E would only hire the best.\r As for his staff, they are very empathetic, gentle and caring. \r I can only think that these 2 negative reviews were written by pet owners who are, indeed, stupid. This clinic is really great - the staff are knowledgeable and friendly and always take their time with my three cats. They have treated one for kidney problems and one of them recently had a full mastectomy and I have nothing but positive things to say about the way they cared for them though sicknesses and the way they took all the time to explain to me what was happening and listen to and respond to all of my questions. Dr. Eisenberg is clear and to the point with me and I never feel like I don't have a handle on what their prognoses are and how to deal with them. All the other staff is great as well - so good with my pets and efficient with all business details. When I had taken my third cat to the emergency room for a problem that turned out to the nothing, the staff made a point of writing down the incident when I just called them the next day to ask what they thought about the problem. All Creatures consistantly goes above and beyond my expectations each time I bring my pet in. The Doctors have cured my dog's chronic ear infections which 3 other vets could never do. They fit me in whenever I have an emergency. And because my dogs do not get along with other animals they know when to schedule me so that I don't have to run the gauntlet of a waiting room full of other animals. Although, even in an emergency, I usually never have to wait long. They make a point of being ON TIME which I really appreciate when it comes to any doctor's office. They always take their time, and I never feel rushed. They have a client for life. I would never take my pets anywhere else. more

What a compassionate and caring group of people at this adorable office that looks like a home. From the assistants to both the veterinarians, I can't say enough about the wonderful care All Creatures has given my pets over the years. I have referred dozens of friends and family members and the response is always the same, "Thank You so much! I didn't know what a good vet could be until I went to All Creatures." Everyone knows my name when I walk in the door, they know all my animals and they even remember which one of my dogs has allergies and can't have the regular treats that they give out, so they have special treats that she can eat. I would recommend All Creatures Great and Small to anyone who wants immpecable vet care with a personal touch not found elsewhere. You will not be disappointed. more

Very disappointed with the indifference shown by the vet and the staff. My pet's symptoms were not taken seriously, but I was told they would prescribe medications "if I really wanted it". After we switched vets and moved, I had a difficult time in requesting and receiving records of my pet's health care and immunizations.\r Terrible service and care, from start to finish. more

Unless you have the perfect pet, find another vet. You'd think the people working here were all new to working with animals. They are horrible with nervous animals and treat owners as if they are stupid and know nothing. It's disappointing. PROS: CONS: Need a refresher course on working with animals and their owners more
