This clinic is really great - the staff are knowledgeable and friendly and always take their time with my three cats. They have treated one for kidney problems and one of them recently had a full mastectomy and I have nothing but positive things to say about the way they cared for them though sicknesses and the way they took all the time to explain to me what was happening and listen to and respond to all of my questions. Dr. Eisenberg is clear and to the point with me and I never feel like I don't have a handle on what their prognoses are and how to deal with them. All the other staff is great as well - so good with my pets and efficient with all business details. When I had taken my third cat to the emergency room for a problem that turned out to the nothing, the staff made a point of writing down the incident when I just called them the next day to ask what they thought about the problem. The next time I brought in that cat, they asked how he was doing since his emergency care
