I had to write a response to Jennifer and her review. I happened to be in the office on the same day her parents dog was in. The dog looked horrible when it came in, it could hardly walk. As a regular person, I could tell this dog was very sick. The office is small and quite intimate so I was sitting in the waiting room while the doctor was speaking to them. Doctor Jim came out to tell the husband that surgery should be done immediately. The staff even asked me if I would mind waiting to see the other doctor as my appointment was after theirs. Of course I wouldn't mind. You can imagine that I was a bit shocked that they did NOT opt for the surgery and instead took their very sick dog home. I cannot fathom not leaving my dog at the hospital if he ever looked as sickly as their dog did. \r
I have been a long time client of All Creatures and trust them completely with the care of my pets. If one of the doctors were to recommend a surgery my dog would be on that operating table. I know th
