Alan The Original Florist

So here are my 2 experiences with Mr. Alan's both happened the same day, Father's Day 2010. First experience was the flowers my daughter sent me, A. They weren't suppose to come on Father's Day they were suppose to come on 6/19/10 and never came, The driver who delivered them told me they had just come out from the designer area before he left on 6/20/10 meaning they were just made. Second Experience was a gift basket I sent my Father and guess what he didn't even get it till Monday! I was told no one was home which was a crock the man is elderly and does not leave his house, Fact is they probably forgot all about it and well let's just say I'm not very happy and to boot Mr Alan would not even refund my delivery charges of 22.00 total and hung up on me quite like the other reviewers on this site. If you can avoid this place at all costs Pros: There are none Cons: Total Ripoff more

Last week I ordered flowers with Mr. Alan for my mother's birthday. Upon receipt the first thing I noticed that the balloons I ordered with these were not there, However the delivery driver was very helpful even called the office for me trying to help me out he was about the best experience with Mr Alans that I can honestly say I had. Later on I noticed some of the stems were broken and when I called the florist I spoke to Mr Alan directly who like others state is not pleasant by far, He refused to refund me, Would not agree to send out new flowers and ultimately hung up on me. I'm retired now but I ran my own business for 30 years and never once have I treated a customer is such a way, Amazed he's still in business! Pros: Same day delivery that's about it Cons: Mr Alan is very rude, Flowers were broken, No Balloons more
