So here are my 2 experiences with Mr. Alan's both happened the same day, Father's Day 2010.
First experience was the flowers my daughter sent me, A. They weren't suppose to come on Father's Day they were suppose to come on 6/19/10 and never came, The driver who delivered them told me they had just come out from the designer area before he left on 6/20/10 meaning they were just made.
Second Experience was a gift basket I sent my Father and guess what he didn't even get it till Monday! I was told no one was home which was a crock the man is elderly and does not leave his house, Fact is they probably forgot all about it and well let's just say I'm not very happy and to boot Mr Alan would not even refund my delivery charges of 22.00 total and hung up on me quite like the other reviewers on this site.
If you can avoid this place at all costs
