Last week I ordered flowers with Mr. Alan for my mother's birthday.
Upon receipt the first thing I noticed that the balloons I ordered with these were not there, However the delivery driver was very helpful even called the office for me trying to help me out he was about the best experience with Mr Alans that I can honestly say I had.
Later on I noticed some of the stems were broken and when I called the florist I spoke to Mr Alan directly who like others state is not pleasant by far, He refused to refund me, Would not agree to send out new flowers and ultimately hung up on me.
I'm retired now but I ran my own business for 30 years and never once have I treated a customer is such a way, Amazed he's still in business!
Pros: Same day delivery that's about it
Cons: Mr Alan is very rude, Flowers were broken, No Balloons
