The transmission went up in my car that i had for 7 years on 10/19/12 on my way home from work. I called my boss and told him what happen and he said i should go to Al Packer Ford and talk to Nate Burgess, that is who he went to with his daughter to get her car. My boss called Nate for me and told him what happen and Nate said to tell me to come up. I went up there that same day and filled out an application, and i couldn't stay so i came back later that evening to finish up the process. In between waiting to come back that evening Nate called me a few times and ask me some question to help speed up the process. When i did come back i was told they couldn't put me in the Mustang Premium but i can still get the Mustang V6. I was very please and excited sense this is my first time buying a new car and getting approve for one also. My credit isn't perfect but Nate Burgess help me so much and i really appreciated. Also i want to say Jon Lefko spent some time getting me approve also. Well i wanted either a black or green car and neither one of those were here at Al Packer Ford in white marsh. So Nate made a couple calls and he find the Gotta have it green Mustang for me. I had to wait till the next day to get it but that wasnt a big issue, and Nate offer me a rental until the car got here. The next day Nate kept in touch and let me know when the car was being delivered. When i went to pick it up i seen it on the way to the parking spot and got really excited. Nate Burgess took me to the car and showed me how everything work and made sure i was happy before he let me drive away. I have read a lot of reviews saying negative things about Al Packer ford and im sorry you had to go through a bad experiences, I am excited for my first time being a new car owner and driving around in a new 2013 gotta have it green mustang V6. AL PACKER in WHITE MARSH is not customer friendly. They messed up on our plates for our new car and then the GM told us ""So what do you want me to do?"" I asked for a temp tag until the new plates arrive or a rental car. I was told sorry but no and just drive my car illegal until the plates arrive. Customers over heard and asked me what the problem was and I told them. The GM came up to me in a threatning manor and said I have to leave and never come back for making him look bad in front of customers. I was also told that forget about the oil changes that was promised in my contract with them. Both my husband and me are veterans and ask that any other brothers and sisters in arms not go to AL PACKER in WHITE MARSH. more

I purchased my Ford Edge from Al Packer Ford 4 years ago and was happy with my experience there, but my real reason for coming back to Al Packer is the service department, specifically Bill Crumley. Bill takes great care of my car! I fully trust him with his decisions and suggestions as to what services I need and when I need to do them. He is willing to fit me in when I call spur of the moment and always willing to check out my car if a random light goes on - usually for a nail in my tire. Bill has never steered me in the wrong direction, nor has he over charged me. He is willing to fight for his customers and always wants you to leave completely satisfied. His customer service is exceptional and the guys in the service department are always friendly, willing to help or chat with you while you wait. The management has just installed wifi and computers in their waiting area, which is a great upgrade to what was there before because now I can work there if I decide to wait for my car to be serviced. I tell all of my friends about the service I get at Al Packer and Bill Crumely and send everyone there. Most people are amazed at how great they are because most service departments don't care and don't want to work with you - well they do at Al Packer - so go there and ask for Bill! more

My husband and I went to Al Packer Ford in White Marsh after Norris Ford in Dundalk told me the Ford Sync system was a ""testosterone thing"" and I wouldn't understand it. On the surface everything seemed great and everything was going well...we had a new baby and were excited to finally upgrade our vehicle to suit our new needs. The first lie came when we were quote a great price! Only to find out that we weren't actually eligible to get that price. But we were eligible to get a student discount since my husband is working on his degree. Huzzah! A break was caught! Well...we bought our car in the beginning of August, also known as summer break. So after all was said and done and the signatures had dried they had determined we weren't eligible for the student rebate because my husband wasn't a current student when the car was purchased...during summer break. So now they want that rebate back! My husband has called the dealership twice and has talked to 2 different people and both of them hung up the phone on him! We're still fighting to resolve this (my husband is currently a student) but now we're dealing directly with Ford Motor Company. They are much nicer and they don't hang up on us but this issue still hasn't been resolved almost 4 months later. I'll hesitate before I buy another Ford at all, much less one from Al Packer White Marsh with their liars, con artists, and just plain bad business. It's a pity too because so far I really like my Escape. more

Took a new 2011 F250 Heavy Duty Diesel truck to Packer's for service with an appointment. We were unable to pump gas into the tank at 4 different gas stations. Packer sat on the truck for 2 days before stating that Bob Davidson Ford was the last place to work on the truck and Packer didn't WANT to work on it. After speaking with other Ford Owner's many stated that they have had numerous problems with Al Packer's Service Dept. more
