Review content:
Took a new 2011 F250 Heavy Duty Diesel truck to Packer's for service with an appointment. We were unable to pump gas into the tank at 4 different gas stations. Packer sat on the truck for 2 days before stating that Bob Davidson Ford was the last place to work on the truck and Packer didn't WANT to work on it.
After speaking with other Ford Owner's many stated that they have had numerous problems with Al Packer's Service Dept.
