Air Temp was great! We basically bought the unit a few months back because we wanted an all-in-one that would take care of the air conditioning, dehumidifying, and the heat. My experience so far as been very positive. It works beautifully! It heats up the room quickly, and the air conditioning works very well so far, so it has been a very positive experience. more

A family member recommended Air Temp Mechanical Services to me. I first called them when I was interested in having a gas furnace installed in my home. I wanted to covert from my electrical heating system to one powered by natural gas. Air Temp were able to do this for me, and it turned out great. They came out for the install, and were very personable and polite. I just sat there watching them work, and didn't have to do anything. They took care of it all. They put in the furnace, the ducts, everything. And when they were done, they cleaned up after themselves. I was very satisfied with Air Temp, and would recommend them to anyone. more

I pretty much was not involved with what Air Temp did. I just had them do it. They put in a furnace for me because the old one was not functioning up to quota. The new one is good though. I took a look at the furnace after they were done and I could see that they cleaned up after themselves. They put the furnace on cinder blocks, but it was not quite square, so it was shaking or vibrating sometimes. Somebody else wedged something so that it wouldn't rattle, and now everything is fine. more

Air Temp Mechanical Services took really good care of the surrounding areas where they were working. They cleaned up when they were done. I thought they were very polite and didn't mind answering my questions as they worked. They did their work very well and neatly. I thought they were a very good value for the services they provided. We've had a number of contractors into the Rosenberg Estate, who came in looking at this place like it was a cash cow. This is an exclusive estate, and we use high end equipment here. When Air Temp Mechanical Services came in, it was a totally different feeling they brought. They were extremely professional and provided outstanding service. They came in and saw a customer in need and wanted to help however they could. They were straight up, and personable. They were very easy to schedule with. The receptionist was very courteous and kind too. She would call to set up appointments and they always arrived on time and ready to work. Air Temp went through every nook, cranny and crevice, checked out every screw, nut and bolt before getting down to work. It was my first time using Air Temp Mechanical Services, and they put in a heat pump and air conditioner for me. They did a gorgeous job. Rodney, the sale representative, sent me a thank you note for even considering him, which I thought was awesome. The two technicians completely covered my rugs and made sure everything was picked up and taken away. They were very considerate of everything they were doing. They had problems putting one vent in because there was a section on the ceiling that had been burned by radiant heat, but they managed everything. They did a beautiful job. Everything was very well put together. I went away right as they finished, and when I came back there was a worrying sound from the ductwork. I called them, and they had someone come out the day before New Year's Eve. They readjusted everything, and now it is all fine. I live in a complex, and I have recommended Air Temp Mechanical to our manager, and I also recommend them to my clients as well. more

So far the unit from Air Temp Mechanical Services has saved me quite a bit of money on my electricity bill, because I have an electric heater. I got a single unit, and I regret it. I should have gotten 2 units, but it seems to be working out pretty well. I read my electric bill, and I know it is saving me money, but I haven't gotten around to putting everything in a database yet to really look at it. The installation was very neat. They did a very nice job. If I was rating the installation they would get a 5. I really do expect good service, so I am not surprised when I get it. If I don't get it I just don't go back to that company. more

I was very apprehensive at first, but Air Temp Mechanical Services was very professional, orderly, and they cleaned up after themselves. They were very nice to get along with and answered all of my questions. We were really, really pleased. It was our first time using them, and they cleaned up our sheetrock ceiling for our exhaust. Sheetrock is very dusty, and they cleaned up completely after themselves. They were very, very helpful. It also only took them two and a half days, so they were very fast. more

I found Air Temp form searching the BBB. They are a A+ rated company with the BBB. They installed a new high eff. ductless heat pump in our home. The installers did an outstanding job with the install. the system works just like the comfort consultant (Ron) said it would. This system heats the main part of the house were we spend most of the time. It has saved us money on our electric bill this past winter because the heat pump is 3 times more eff. than the baseboard electric heat. Plus we now have air conditioning in the house. We have also received over $2,500.00 in tax credits and rebates for installing this system. more

We have used Air Temp Mechanical Services for about 3 years now. Over the years, we have been pleased with them and never had an issue. Most recently, they did a major overhaul of our air conditioning unit, which is about 10 years old. We had been having trouble getting warm and cool air when we wanted it. The serviceman they sent out was nice but he approached the issue of what needed to be done differently than the servicemen they have sent in the past. He gave me a couple of options but was not specific about what I needed or didn't need. I agreed to do most of options that he presented, which involved replacing more parts. We ran into an issue when he could not find the water outlet downstairs to do the last part of the project. I am handicapped, so I could not go downstairs to locate the outlet for him. I ended up calling my friend (the person who had recommended Air Temp to me years ago), who found the outlet exactly where I said it was. I am reasonably certain that everything was done right, but the serviceman left me with an uncertainty about whether he sold me a package that I really needed. Usually, Air Temp sends someone who fixes the unit at a minimal cost, but this last time I ended up doing the higher-end job. Joe Harper more

I have been using Air Temp Mechanical Services for about 7 years now. I have not really compared their pricing to others, so it is hard for me to rate them in price. They initially installed my furnace and I have since used their service for my air conditioning and water heater as well. I have a maintenance contract with them. I like the technicians, Mike and Chuck, that Air Temp sends out to do the work. Overall, they have done a good job and everything has turned out fine. Dorothy Brancato more
