Review content:
It was my first time using Air Temp Mechanical Services, and they put in a heat pump and air conditioner for me. They did a gorgeous job. Rodney, the sale representative, sent me a thank you note for even considering him, which I thought was awesome.
The two technicians completely covered my rugs and made sure everything was picked up and taken away. They were very considerate of everything they were doing. They had problems putting one vent in because there was a section on the ceiling that had been burned by radiant heat, but they managed everything. They did a beautiful job. Everything was very well put together.
I went away right as they finished, and when I came back there was a worrying sound from the ductwork. I called them, and they had someone come out the day before New Year's Eve. They readjusted everything, and now it is all fine. I live in a complex, and I have recommended Air Temp Mechanical to our manager, and I also recommend them to my clients as well.
