We have used Air Temp Mechanical Services for about 3 years now. Over the years, we have been pleased with them and never had an issue.
Most recently, they did a major overhaul of our air conditioning unit, which is about 10 years old. We had been having trouble getting warm and cool air when we wanted it.
The serviceman they sent out was nice but he approached the issue of what needed to be done differently than the servicemen they have sent in the past. He gave me a couple of options but was not specific about what I needed or didn't need. I agreed to do most of options that he presented, which involved replacing more parts.
We ran into an issue when he could not find the water outlet downstairs to do the last part of the project. I am handicapped, so I could not go downstairs to locate the outlet for him. I ended up calling my friend (the person who had recommended Air Temp to me years ago), who found the outlet exactly where I said it was.
I am reasonably certain that everything was done right, but the serviceman left me with an uncertainty about whether he sold me a package that I really needed. Usually, Air Temp sends someone who fixes the unit at a minimal cost, but this last time I ended up doing the higher-end job.
