Fast and friendly service 11/8/2016

One of the pipes on the top of my water heater lost it's seal so water was spraying all over the closet. Air Solutions sent someone over right away and he fixed it for a very reasonable price. I will be calling them for all my future needs. more

Good people, good service, recurring concerns 11/8/2016

I switched to CallAirSolutions 2-3 years ago for annual check ups and had a good experience. This year I put in a new equipment and it is performing well 90% of the times. It keeps shutting down by itself every so often and start back up with error code 120. I have had 3-4 service calls to fix it but nothing has worked. I would like to believe it's a problem they can fix but apparently feel there are some concerns with the original installation. more

Great Company, would recommend 11/8/2016

A/C quit working in the middle of August on a Sunday. A rep. was able to make it out the same day within an hour to take a look at it. It was not really economical to repair it (no surprise it was at least 35 years old), but they were able to order a replacement and install it the very next day. They also helped with financing through Oklahoma Central Credit Union which actually offered me much better terms then my own credit union. They did good work and were very professional. more

Kitchen Sink was REALLY Clogged 11/8/2016

We normally call Williams or Mullin Plumbing for our plumbing repair needs, but we were aware that Air Solutions now offered plumbing services. Since we have had great service experience with AS on our heating and cooling system over the years, we decided to give them a try. We appreciated the flat rate (as part of the service plan we subscribe to) and the clog in the drain pipe was removed and hasn't returned. My wife said the associate was polite and helpful, so that's a plus. more

The service man that came out did an excellent job. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the job he was doing as well as other things related to furnaces. He spent the time with me and was not pushed for time to go to the next job. This alone is worth it's weight in gold. I did have many questions. Overall this company is the best! Very pleased with Air Solutions! more

The technicians, any that I have ever had, no matter whether htg/air installers, tune-up technicians or plumbers, have always been courteous, thorough, and professional !!!!!! I would highly recommend this company, for any of your home needs, that they can furnish!!!! Always top notch and only leave when cleaned up to my satisfaction!!!! #1 in my book!!!!! more

Will not have them back my air conditioning was working fine and then after 400.00 later had to get anothet compny to fix the problem for another 400.00 and it is a temp fix will have to get a new... 11/5/2016

As I said above will not have them back was doing my annual cleaning the rep didn't clan the Sys found another problem over charged Mr for the part and used my own fitter. Back out a week later spent another 250.00 as nocold air and the wring freion WA putin the Sys. So my lines were blown. And was told need a new system. When I had a different company come out another 300.00 for a temp fix. Will still have to get a new system. And all I was told by the owner was in sorry didn't even try to make that right. more
