I switched to CallAirSolutions 2-3 years ago for annual check ups and had a good experience. This year I put in a new equipment and it is performing well 90% of the times. It keeps shutting down by itself every so often and start back up with error code 120. I have had 3-4 service calls to fix it but nothing has worked. I would like to believe it's a problem they can fix but apparently feel there are some concerns with the original installation.
