Service was good 6/6/2016

As a long time customer, I would like to see a couple of things. We purchased a new a/c unit three years ago through your company and are currently paying it down monthly with one more year to go. This is such a big expense it would be so great if the maintenance on our unit were part of the deal from the beginning. Seems like its just give us more more more money and not much given in return. Also, I am weary of the push every time from the service man to up sell us to a bigger more expensive service plan. more

Excellent Service 6/6/2016

Very professional company. Called before coming to make sure no issues. Found problem which required system to be shut down to thaw out. Technician left to allow system to thaw. Call from the company before returning. Gave me various options on the service with explanation of the costs and benefits. Completed service in a timely manner. Will definitely use Air Solutions in the future. more

Cool air air again! 6/3/2016

Mike Bartlett is wonderful! Knowing that I have a disabled son who cannot tolerate the heat, he came quickly and fixed my air conditioner at a fair price. Mike is the the Best! He deserves a raise! He is a fabulous ambassador for Air Solutions! more

I was happy with the quickness getting someone out but was not happy with the service. first my system is not even 2 yrs old yet and this is the second time ive had to call you out. 1. was some motor wenty out 2. the Freon leaked out of the valve yal put a cap on. the tech quated me about 200.00 first then came in and said he had to replace Freon quoted me about 300.00 then we all said and done he came in with a bill for 479.00!!!!!!!! I ask him so what happens if this Freon leaks out again he said well then there is a leak I didn't see ??????? aot of money I had to put out for a new system more

Blower fan- motor replacement 5/25/2016

Our blower fan decided to stop running on us. Having a pregnant wife and 2 year old child in the house, I was getting worried that it would get too hot for living conditions. I gave Air Solutions a call and they were willing to come out that day. They sent a man named Jeremy based in Sand Springs, OK (can't remember last name?) over to check it out. He picked up on the issue within minutes and gave me a price to fix the motor. I told him to go ahead and do what he needed to do, and he began work right away. He was very sweet to my 2 year old and treated me and my wife with respect. He had the motor replaced within an hour and was on his way. Nice guy, great work, and he gained some happy customers. 100% chance I will be giving these people a call again if any troubles arise. Well done! more

This Company is outstanding. 5/20/2016

From Jeff coming to assess the problem and Darrell covering all my options and then Justin and Kenneth installing my heat and air it took less than a week. I am excessively pleased. Darrell had my financing started and unit picked out in 30 minutes and then immediately scheduled my appointment. Justin and Kenneth did a ROCK STAR job at installation as well as guiding me through the components of care and use. Then these two gentlemen went above and beyond by taking extra time to do me a favor of removing an old appliance as well. Do not hesitate to choose this company. more
