Timely and excellent work 11/4/2016

We needed a toilet and a sink moved while we had our floors re-done. We couldn't be more please with the services done. We highly recommend them for plumbing and a/c work! more

I thought I already did this.....The guys were all real nice.......when they had trouble finding parts, after a couple of days they came back out & wired around it!!! They FIXED my unit !!!! YEAH !!!! Thank-you very much, Gayle Anderson more

New water heater 11/4/2016

First of all, we have an Air Solutions annual contract for heating, air, and plumbing. We have had annual contracts with other companies before but none were as thorough or efficient as Air Solutions. We are not related to anyone in the Company either. My wife was concerned about our water heater when we had our annual heating check-up and they gave us a quote to replace it the same day. Not only did they replace it but they brought it up to code, installed a drain for protection to our home, all for a very reasonable price. We were pleased and impressed by the quality of the product and their work. more

I think a new heating unit should last longer than 2yrs and2and a half months.That is the only thing that I do not like is the product. more

Air Solutions Heating, Cooling & Plumbing are very honest and the guy that came did a very good job. I used them like a really long time ago, back when I first moved into this house and that was a while ago. But you know, overall I was satisfied and I have no complains about them. All was good. more

I Had A Positive Experience 10/25/2016

I have lived in my home for at least 40 years and I have used a lot of companies before Air Solutions Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. I belong to a Comfort Club where they'll come out to check my air conditioning unit and heating twice a year. Their technicians are nice and professional plus they are very good at doing their job. more

Signed up for complete package. Plumbers came to look at evaluate all our plumbing. We needed to fix a couple of things and did one of the two right then. Then did the other one later. Appreciate their expertise. more

Quality of Service Improvement 9/14/2016

Initial installation went well except for 2 issues: The old air handler had to taken apart to removed from the attic. It was left blocking access to the attice and took several weeks before they returned to remove and they left a mess. The other issue was not properly sealing the air handler and duct work with mastic (orginal installation and proper installation to elimate leakage), instead used tape and zip ties, which will degrade and fail in the near term. more

We have used Air Solutions to install 2 HVAC systems with return ducts and 2 new water heaters. We are extremely pleased with the pride they take in their work. We will not hesitate to contact them with future problems. more
