Clayton is our HERO! My air conditioning went out on a super hot day at about 4pm. I was recommended by a neighbor who knew Clayton personally. We gave him a call at about 4:30 pm and he was at my house by 4:45 to have a look at the system and see what was needed. He gave me options: replace the condensing coil or replace the entire system. He explained that one would fix it for sure, but that it might have more problems in the future. He then explained what a new unit would cost and what it could potentially save me in great detail. He was very honest in his explanation of the situation and made the decision to purchase a new unit VERY comfortable for me. He then asked me when I wanted it done (of course ASAP, I hate the heat) and was there the next morning at 9AM. Replacing everything by himself in a very timely matter, no corners cut, explaining everything he did when finished. Very professional, very nice individual and most importantly extremely honest about the options I had. He never tried to upsell anything as I said I am looking for whatever works and nothing more (that was very appreciated). I would recommend Clayton for ANY job regarding heating and cooling, it was as painless as you could possibly ask for in a situation like mine. This is the second time we have used Air Dynamics for our Air Conditioner/ furnace (the first was for an AC tuneup 2 years ago), and we will continue to use and recommend them. Clayton was our service technician this time, and was very courteous and professional. Our AC had quit working, and it turns out the problem was caused by a mouse that had built a nest in the unit and chewed one of the wires. Clayton was quick to find and fix the problem, and charged a very fair price for the repair. In addition, he showed up right on time and called before hand to let us know he was on the way. more

We called Air Dynamics because our furnace wasn't working and received polite and informed questions and answers and were able to make a same day appointment. Paul was quick with diagnostics and repair and informative as to options (both detailed descriptions of what I could have done with prices listed) Together we were able to determine the best way to proceed. I just want to Thank Clayton very much for all his help and work on getting us a new furnace installed on Monday. We were having furnace problems and it turned out that we had to get a new furnace. He and Ed were fabulous in getting it installed so that we did not have to go without any heat for the day. more
