He took the time to describe all the steps he was going to perform and how each one was beneficial to fixing my issue. He was very thorough and detailed oriented in each of his responses to my questions. I couldn’t have asked for a more helpful professional. From start to finish this company and workers were fantastic. Everyone was extremely polite, honest, and kept us informed of everything during the process of getting a new air conditioning unit. I would highly recommend this company if you need anything completed with HVAC. more

AC/Furnace Install 6/18/2021

Air Dynamics did everything they stated, on time (3 days, 11 hours or so each day, went above and beyond with ensuring installation of our systems was perfect. Extremely professional, customer friendly, hard working, you name it, they have earned a customer for life. Tony and Ryan was nothing but excellent and his employer should be proud. more

DON'T 3/24/2021

simply I called them, to check my furnace which wasn't working, their technician diagnosed the problem to be the Capacitor and asked me to buy it from them which cost $265, while the original Carrier Capacitor on the market was $20!!! and it's only plug-and-play, no handy work needed. I looked online, I found it, I showed it to the technician he approved, and I bought it online, just plug and play... but unfortunately it didn't fix the problem !!!. When I called them to tell them that, they simply turned me to "Jennifer" who was extremely uncooperative and disrespectful and just kept talking without listening, and when I asked her if she prefers to reject without even listening she said "YES.. that's the best" ... so it was a bad experience and I would never recommend to anyone ... more

Highly Recommend! 2/24/2021

We had a humidifier installed in our home by Dan M. He was punctual and extremely professional. He explained the whole process and when he was finished, he went over everything again. He did a great job at cleaning up afterwards too! I was expecting to have to clean the area after he left, but nope! He went above and beyond and I will use this company again in the future. Also, working with Cassie to set it all up was easy. She responded to my many questions promptly. Great company! more

Outstanding Service by Air Dynamics! 9/24/2020

My family and I were very much impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of Air Dynamics, and Dan and Tony. The office was able to schedule our home service within about a week of my phone call/request. I received an email reminder a day ahead of our appointment. Tony called 30 minutes prior to arriving at our home to let me know that he and Dan were on their way. The men wore facemasks and shoe booties, and started the visit by having me give them a tour of our home/vents/furnace (the services they did while at our home were air duct cleaning & furnace inspection/tune-up). They explained in advance what they would be doing and how long it would take. They were very respectful as they worked in our home, as well as personable--asking about our family and things they noticed in photographs on our walls. We really appreciated the work they did and would highly recommend Dan and Tony, and Air Dynamics! more
