AC Inspection 8/12/2020

Tony completed our yearly inspection of the AC unit. He was very professional. Clean uniform. Had booties for over his shoes. Very Courteous. He completed the inspection and explained what he had found, which was where some debris had gathered on the rear panel of the unit. (He showed me where to lightly hose off the area to keep it clean). He noted that he would make sure an air filter is brought with when the furnace is inspected. Tony represents Air Dynamics very well. more

Would definitely recommend this company. Called yesterday and was able to get an appointment first thing today. Dan M. was super polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He explained the issue with my AC very well and was able to fix the issue right away. Thank you! more

Five stars 1/22/2020

These people are amazing. A couple of summers back our AC went out on a very hot Saturday night. I left a message, thinking I MIGHT get a call back by Monday. Nope, Cassie returned my call inside of 30 minutes, and the knock on my door came at 8:00 AM on a SUNDAY! I met Dan yesterday when he came out for a furnace tune-up. He's extremely courteous, intelligent, and explained everything clearly regarding what he did and what next steps we might consider. You cannot go wrong with this team! more

Job well done 12/26/2019

Dan serviced our furnace and looked at our humidifier. The price was very good for all the effort that was put in. it needed one small part (additional cost) and everything was great. We decided to get a new Aprilaire humidifier. Dan did a great job explaining the features. He will return to install our new humidifier. My wife said Dan is a very nice guy. And, may I add very professional. We are very pleased with the service. This would rate 5 stars out of 5 stars. more

When I called Air Dynamics Heating and Cooling I spoke to Cassie. She was friendly and had great customer service from the moment she answered. She got me set up with an appointment quickly. Paul came to my home and not only was he friendly, but he was polite (asked about removing shoes), detail oriented and I could tell he genuinely wanted to find the root of my A/C’s problem. Unlike another company I had out prior, Paul asked for a tour of where the specifics to the A/C were located and then spent at least 15-20 minutes looking through the unit thoroughly. Not only did he find the problem, but he was honest and explained my options for repair. I was blown away by the difference in service from their competitors. Honest, quick, friendly, reliable, and overall genuinely concerned for helping my family save money and have a working unit. We highly recommend Air Dynamics Heating and Cooling and loved Paul’s service! more

Hired this company last fall and took the reasonably priced service contract so I've had two experiences with Dan's work now for both my furnace and A/C. I really couldn't ask for a more knowledgeable or respectful service technician. So refreshing to find someone who genuinely cares about providing good service and with a smile too! more

Furnance and A/C Service 5/29/2019

Just moving into Oswego and not knowing when the last time was that our HVAC equipment was serviced, I wanted to use a company in my area. Dan was my service technician and I could not have been happier with my service. From the minute Dan arrived until the minute he left he was kind, knowledgeable and courteous. He explained things every step of the way and did not try to sell us services that we did not need. Dan really did represent Air Dynamics Heating and Cooling well. more

We recently purchased our home in April. Prior to moving in Air Dynamics cleaned all of our ductwork and performed an HVAC inspection. On Monday this week, my wife and I came home (from an out of town trip) to a very cold home (~58 degrees). We called Air Dynamics and they responded (same day) quickly. Paul was our technician. He was very helpful, patient (with our questions), and polite. We could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks Paul and thanks Air Dynamics! more
