ATC Motto: F the Customer
7 months ago, our aging air conditioner finally quit. We priced out the best deals in the area and had some estimates. The best was 'Air Around the Clock' in Boca Raton, who would install our system for an agreed cash price. Since the installation, we've been cited by the City of Boca for their omission of a permit for the job, had the unit breakdown at least a dozen times, and been tortured by their poor service culture. Today, I've finally had it, the representative Eric whom I spoke to on the phone, cursing and yelling at me while I attempted to stand my ground on their service agreement. My guests who are visiting from out of town have to avoid my home today while we sit and wait for Eric and his service team to deal with the myriad other poor folks in the same spot as us.
Our 1 Year ATC Service agreement and 24-Hour on call service is a joke. Don't use ATC for service, installation, or purchasing a new air conditioner unit unless you are a self-loathing masochist. You will not be happy, impressed, satisfied, or at home in a comfortably moderated climate. ATC...by the way, if you're reading this....make sure to check out all the other places I'm going to post the same exact thing. You p!$$ed me off, and now I'm on a mission to inform people of exactly what they're getting into when doing business with you....
