I wanted to take this opportunity to write this letter of thanks to your company for recently installing a new Rheem A/C split level system in my condo. I'm especially grateful for the two gentlemen you sent out to investigate the problem I was having with my 12 year old unit. Jeremy and Mark came to my residence on May 7th which was also on the same day that I called about the problems I was having with my A/C unit. There were on time, professional, and courteous. They spent about 40 minutes identifying the causes of the problems. They were extremely patient with all my questions. At no time did I ever feel pressured to purchase a new unit. They simply laid out the facts and explained what the best course of action would be. With the summer months coming I decided to move forward with a new system. It was one of the best purchases I ever made. The next day the Installers arrived to dismantle the old unit and replace it with the new one. It was a long day for both of them but by early evening my new A/C unit was turned on and began cooling off the residence. The new unit runs much quieter and more efficient. I am confident that it will run smoothly through the coming months and the high temperatures to come.
