We were veryt pleased with the men who did the installation, very informative, efficient, and thorough, but, since they departed residence, the unit they installed I beleive is not running properly! Called Katie 3-4 times, left her Marks name, she called both his phones, only to get no reply! VERY ANGRY AND DISSAPOINED! Another technician had to call me back, only to get no answers, this unit the fan has run constantly, stops with a swooshing sound, and after 30-34 seconds goes back on and first runs for 3-4 minutes, turns off for 30-32 seconds, goes back on and runs anywhere between 28-35 minutes straight, with the inside temperature staying exactly at 70, it seems tHis unit never shuts off, and as its running has a drowning sound, kind of like the old one that blew out, something is definitely wrong, and after the amount of money it's going to cost us, I hope this is not how Aiello does business, because I will be forced to call the BBB!!! Please call me ASAP. Thank you Roberta Volpati
