The furnace was dying and I knew it. Having received a mailing for Aiello Home Services, I decided to check them out. The technicians, Aaron J and Bill L were friendly, explained what they were doing and why in layman's terms. and were very professional. They talked to the gas company for me and waited for the gas tech to show up. Never before have I had such great customer service, and I'm a POTENTIAL new customer at this point. Eventually, I met with Tim L who explained my options and price ranges. I felt no pressure to purchase equipment from them. However, I did feel like my situation mattered to them and that they were not trying to "pull a fast one" . This is a tough situation for me yet I feel like I am in good hands.
