For those people who complain of Dr. Schell being arrogant, WHO CARES? She's one of the best physicians in the country - of course she's arrogant. You're looking for an excellent doctor not a best friend, so get a life. I've found the services excellent here, but one unsettling thing is that the staff looks horrible. Almost everyone who works there has inflated lips, unmoving foreheads, and startling plastic surgery looking faces. They are not a good advertisement, but all of my experiences have been positive in spite of that. more

Best Botox! 8/30/2010

I had my first ever Botox injection a couple weeks ago. I was extremely nervous but Dr. Schell made me feel very comfortable from the moment she walked into the room. Not only is the gal gorgeous, but she's nice and funny too! She listened to my concerns and put my fears to rest . Now that a couple weeks have gone by and the Botox has taken full effect, I can truly say that she is a miracle worker. Before I looked like I was constantly angry, like a permanent frown. Not anymore! And now when I stare at a computer screen for hours on end (cubicle life, sigh) I don't frown/squint at the monitor nearly as much. I will definitely be going to her again for this treatment! more

Great Peeling Treatment 8/16/2010

I was in desperate need of a peel and was referred to the Ageless Center. Was highly impressed with the staff and booked my appointment right away. The Illuminize peel was exactly what I needed - it left my skin absolutely glowing and had none of the redness and flakiness I usually get after peels. Great treatment - would go back for another service! more

Fremont's best kept secret!!!! 8/13/2010

I've had a number of treatments from Dr. Schell including botox, Restalyn, and collagen. I've also had laser treatments to get rid of numerous age spots and broken veins. Dr. Schell is a highly professional and skilled Cosmetic Surgeon and Dermatologist. Dr. Schell has always been extremely helpful in providing a sensitive and realistic consultation with regard to what kind of results I could expect and achieve. My results have been extremely satisfying. Her follow up's are outstanding. The spa is professionally run with efficient and thoughtful staff. Prices are realistic and fair. Occasionally, specials have been offered. In addition, Dina and Souzan are fantastic I had some of my best facials here. I've even been successful in getting my husband to come in for a variety of treatments. His results have been no less remarkable. Located in Fremont across from PCC it's a pleasant place to visit for restaurants and shopping. Ample parking in the garage, but I've always been able to find a spot on the street. more

I recently had my first Botox treatment with Dr. Schell. She was very reassuring and made me feel so comfortable with the process. The ladies in the office were warm and friendly. I ended up with a great result and would recommend the services at Ageless to anyone! more

Wonderful all around! 7/29/2010

I've been going to Ageless for the past few years now and have been very happy. I've had injections from Dr. Schell and Maryln (just recently) and have had great results. I've gone to other offices and this is by far the best. The ambience is serene so I don't feel like I'm going to a medical office, the staff has always made me feel comfortable and I've never had a problem with my treatments. more

Worst facial of my life and incredibly rude/arrogant staff 1/29/2010

I went here to get some capilaries treated. I had to reschedule my appointment due to a work issue and they then told me I would have to ""pay for appointments in full in advance."" Like they presume I am a deadbeat. Or are planning to take my $$ if I need to reschedule again. I was like, ""I think I will pass on the thousands of dollars I was planning to pay you."" Cons: rude, arrogant, unskilled, all about the $$ more

ageless used to be a good place to go for procedures like botox, fillers etc. it has been several years since they have been trustworthy and good at what they do. dr. schell has become visibly unstable and pushes surgery on young women who come in for botox or a little juvederm. $500 cancellation fee / botched lip job 5/21/2009

Assistant injected too much product in my lips and they looked lumpy. I went back to Dr Schell 8 weeks later to show her. She was impatient and rude. I wanted the product removed. She did that and reinjected more juvederm 2 months after that.. It was overdone again. I cancelled my next appointment and the receptionist told me they were charging my card $500. The office visit is free so she said I had to pay for the unused $500juvederm syringe. I became so angry that they gave in and said they wouldn't charge my card but I was banned from the spa. Pros: nice coconut hand lotion Cons: big employee turnover, surgeon incompetent, overall rudeness more

Dr. Schell, The best services I have had 4/3/2009

My relationship with Dr. Schell has been what keeps me smiling ech tiime I look in the mirror. Aging can be a good thing when you have a Dr. who helps you age gracefully. Excellent Experience 3/17/2009

I have had several wonderful experiences at Ageless in Fremont. After having a baby I was pampered and treated like a princess. Dr. Schell was accommodating when I was a few minutes late. (due to a new baby) I was welcomed at the door by a sweet gal, and was relaxed my entire visit. Pros: Wonderful relaxing setting Cons: I don't live near Fremont more

As you enter the ""SPA"" (JAIL), the first thing they do is force you to allow them to photocopy your drivers licence. I guess they suppose theY can intimidate you into not disputing their horrific mistakes in your facial treatment. Dr. Schell was extremetly incompetent. She stuffed 2 entire syringes of Restyline under my eyes, whereas most doctors have only used about 1/2 a syringe between both eyes total in the past. This mean, unattractive woman disfugured me, and now, 1 year later, I still have huge sacks that she created under my eyes, where prior to her injuring me, I had slight hollows. Cons: bad attitude, bad workmanship, brazen unprofessionalism more

This center and Dr. Shell used to be a lot better a few years back--now it seems that the doctor isn't really interested in you unless you want to spend $$ on the pricier treatments. She has developed a certain condescending attitude that is unfortunate. God forbid you have a problem!! The staff is nice but can be a bit pushy on products...the problem here is that when you have a nice facility like this you also have a big overhead--and everything becomes about the money. It's too bad :( Pros: Fremont is nice Cons: It you have a problem with a prodecure, then Dr. Shell is not so nice anymore. more

Want to pay for the priviledge of hearing their product line sales pitch? 5/8/2007

If you would like to pay $75 for their skin cleansing recommendations then go here. I was prepared to make an appointment for a serious procedure, but the woman never helped me choose nor led me to make an appointment. She only wanted to talk about cleansing and sell me their products. I didn't even got to meet the doctor. What a waste! Pros: location Cons: take your money for nothing more

Nickle and dimed me 5/4/2007

Dr. Schell is very good along with all her medical assistants. But that initial $ 75 required consult with the client relations woman... come on! Nothing against that woman, who was helpful and very nice but every doc I've ever been to has charged for a consult but than allowed that fee to be put towards future services. I was very surprised when I was told that this was a flat fee that couldn't be applied towards anything. I felt like I was forking over money just to have the priveledge of spending more money at Ageless. A bit on the tacky side I would say.. Pros: Dr. Schell's skills, location Cons: $75 consult more

mixed results 5/29/2006

Had non- surgical eyelid procedure. First time worked great, 2nd time I think they watered down solution or didn't use as much as they charged me for and said it was the same. Now they tell me to come in for a 3rd time and I should look great ! At $700 a pop I hope so. I am on the fence about going again-I think I may have wasted a lot of money. more
