For those people who complain of Dr. Schell being arrogant, WHO CARES? She's one of the best physicians in the country - of course she's arrogant. You're looking for an excellent doctor not a best friend, so get a life. I've found the services excellent here, but one unsettling thing is that the staff looks horrible. Almost everyone who works there has inflated lips, unmoving foreheads, and startling plastic surgery looking faces. They are not a good advertisement, but all of my experiences have been positive in spite of that.
