My young son who was upset over losing his teeth was treated very compassionant by Laure on our first visit. But the next time we went to have teeth pulled He wastold By (readheAd in green)repeatly how bad he was going to look in his temporaries but he needed to just live with for 8 months until he gets permante. Dr.Martin is usually nice but this was not the way to treat a patient even if they are young. He was so scared and this is another example of no compassion. more

I'm a dental lab tech checking out possible job openings in the Shreveport area and go-ogled across these reviews and could not believe what they were sayings!\r I started out my career in a ONE DAY denture lab (by the way- not an Affordable Denture lab either).\r These folks must think the dentures are pre-made and put in a barrel for the pick'ins !! Do they not know you can wait up to a month or so if their case is sent out to a regular lab. These technicians work non-stop on a very labored technique so you can have them in one day and for a fraction of the cost. They work this hard because they care about people who have no dental insurance or \r for the ones who just can not afford any more. So if you fall into this category ...cut these hard working people some slack and plan you day accordingly :) more

If you should decide to use this office, please, note that they do what they say, which is provide dentures in one day. HOWEVER, they don't tell you that it will, literally, take all day to get it done. It is not that you wait to be seen, at first, that is such a problem, except that they should take you first come and first served basis since they don't make appointments. Everyone is to show up at the same time and hope for good luck. BUT, when you have to return in the afternoon, again, it is luck of the draw it seems. We had no luck at all. ugh! Oh they got the job done, but without much consideration of anyone else's circumstances, including an eighty two year old man with health issues and a couple of elderly handicapped ladies who were escorted from an out of town nursing home. Give me a break! Where is the compassion? Get a little organizational skills going for you or hire someone who can. The same is the procedure when and if you should need to return for an adjustment. more

I recently carried my dad in to this location to get a set of dentures. When we arrived early that morning, it seemed to go pretty quickly. We filled out the paper work and he was seen a little bit later. As he finished up, he was told to come back around 10:30 for a fitting. We made the decision to hold off on running errands on the other side of Shreveport until after that, so we went to find something for breakfast and to make a quick trip to the Home Depot not too far away. We returned a little before 10:30 and again a little later he was called back for his fitting. So, far everything was fine. He didn't just buy the economy set, instead opting for an upgrade and even though he didn't need both the upper and lower set, he went ahead and had both made. When leaving after the fitting we were told to return at 3:30. So, we went and ran errands, had a long lunch, etc. because we didn't feel like driving the 45 miles back to his home would be a good choice since we had to return at 3:3 more
