I recently carried my dad in to this location to get a set of dentures. When we arrived early that morning, it seemed to go pretty quickly. We filled out the paper work and he was seen a little bit later. As he finished up, he was told to come back around 10:30 for a fitting. We made the decision to hold off on running errands on the other side of Shreveport until after that, so we went to find something for breakfast and to make a quick trip to the Home Depot not too far away. We returned a little before 10:30 and again a little later he was called back for his fitting. So, far everything was fine. He didn't just buy the economy set, instead opting for an upgrade and even though he didn't need both the upper and lower set, he went ahead and had both made. When leaving after the fitting we were told to return at 3:30. So, we went and ran errands, had a long lunch, etc. because we didn't feel like driving the 45 miles back to his home would be a good choice since we had to return at 3:3
